About this score
This rating is based on verified client feedback and compares how this firm’s value for money is perceived against the national average. In legal services, value for money is not about being the cheapest option, but about whether clients feel the service, expertise, and outcome justified the cost. This comparison helps place client experiences in context when choosing a law firm.

About this score
This rating is based on client feedback and compares how satisfied people were with the result of their legal matter against the national average for similar legal services. While every case is different and outcomes can depend on the law, the facts, and decisions made by courts or tribunals, this comparison is designed to be like for like.
When a firm has a large number of reviews, individual case differences tend to balance out over time. This makes the national average a useful benchmark for understanding how often clients feel the result achieved was fair and appropriate for their situation. Even small differences from the average can therefore reflect a meaningful difference in the overall standard of legal service provided.

Tickly Whiskers Publishing Limited commercial legal case
I contacted Kidwells today regarding a small claims case I have against another company for breach of contract. The receptionist was extremely polite and efficient and said Michael Horne would contact me today which he did. I was very impressed with the advice that Michael gave me and would most definitely recommend Kidwells to anyone looking for sound legal advice. Many thanks Kidwells. Small business enquiry
I received a call back from Michael Horne who was exceptionally helpful taking so much time to listen and advise me regarding a business situation. I was most impressed with his patience, professionalism and competence in resolving my query, all the more so as my business is not local. I am based in a different country, yet he spent a great deal of time trying to help me regardless of financial gain. I greatly appreciate the high level of service given and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael, thank you.

We needed a document independently witnessed urgently and contacted Kidwells Hereford. Within minutes we received a call back from Michael who was most helpful and made an appointment for us to visit their local office a few hours later. We met with Caitlin, one of their solicitors who again was very helpful and within ten minutes we were sorted. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service. The next time we need a solicitor we will definitely be using Kidwells and would recommend them whole heartedly. Rob & Sarah, Hereford

Signature witnessed on document
Having been turned away by 3 big solicitor firms in Hereford based on Broad Street, one of which had been my Uncles solicitor for many years, (they refused to help him to witness his signature on a Court of Protection document). I was incredibly grateful, and relieved, to finally receive professional and courteous service from Kidwells Solicitors. We got an appointment on the day that I first contacted them. Everyone was very polite and treated us respectfully, which should not be a surprise, but it was after the dealings we had with the other 3 solicitors offices. The Kidwells Solicitors offices are easy to find, just outside Hereford on the Industrial Estate. Parking is easy, and close to the offices, which are on the ground floor, easily accessible for my uncle who has mobility issues. Michael Horne was patient with us, and took time, being very kind and understanding. I don't usually write reviews - but sometimes you meet someone who deserves recognition and praise for how professionally they conduct themselves. Mr Horne will now be our go to solicitor for everything. Thank you for restoring our faith that day and helping us with what was a simple matter, but had caused my elderly Uncle a great deal of distress.

Excellent lawyer
I was six month pregnant when Michael took my case and him and his team made things as easy as possible for me and got me the best possible outcome in court. He explained everything to me clearly so I would understand and was always happy to talk over email or phone to discuss any worries I had. Not only is Michael the best at what he does he is a genuinely a very nice man.

Excellent Service, you're in the best hands if buying a house!
Tianna is currently supporting us through buying a property in Bristol. She is incredibly professional & supportive and her communication level is exceeeding expectations. We receive a reply often within minutes. She supports her clients and navigates the process with the other solicitors on our behalf to a standard you'd wish for when buying a property. And trust me I am not being naively positive, as the solicitor team for the house we are selling is getting a different review (entirely different solicitor company). So in summary, Thank you Tianna! And everyone else book her when you can :)
