After searching for a lawyer, I contacted Kidwells of Hereford, I'm pleased to say it was definitely the right decision. I first met michael Horne who explained the legality of my case and guided me through what could happen and from that point on Micheal was always available with full and clear explanations at every stage. I then met Abby Washbourne who is Micheal's trainee lawyer, I have to say Abby has been an absolute star, she worked tirelessly putting the huge amount of information and evidence together for my case, Abby would always be on hand if I needed anything, sometimes working late or on weekends. They not only cared on a professional level but also on a personal level and gave me a great deal of reassurance and support when needed. With the help and care of both Micheal and Abby we got the result I deserved and needed. I would not hesitate recommending both Micheal Horne and Abby Washbourne. Thank you both so much,

I'm giving 5 Stars because that is the maximum available. If there is a gold standard in legal practice, this firm has got it locked down. Everytime I called the phone was answered, nothing was too much for them and they consistently went above and beyond to make sure we met our deadline. I was kept informed every step of the way despite how very busy an excellent firm like this must be. Maddie Bishop was recommended by a colleague who had used the firm before. Maddie was nothing short of amazing and I would recommend her to anyone that asks, without reservation.

After an initial enquiry phone call to Kidwells, I've just been transferred directly to Michael Horne who gave me his valuable time and very helpful advice without asking for a penny. Having been turned away by 3 big solicitor firms in Hereford based on Broad Street, one of which had been my Uncles solicitor for many years, (they refused to help him to witness his signature on a Court of Protection document). I was incredibly grateful, and relieved, to finally receive professional and courteous service from Kidwells Solicitors. We got an appointment on the day that I first contacted them. Everyone was very polite and treated us respectfully, which should not be a surprise, but it was after the dealings we had with the other 3 solicitors offices. The Kidwells Solicitors offices are easy to find, just outside Hereford on the Industrial Estate. Parking is easy, and close to the offices, which are on the ground floor, easily accessible for my uncle who has mobility issues. Michael Horne was patient with us, and took time, being very kind and understanding. I don't usually write reviews - but sometimes you meet someone who deserves recognition and praise for how professionally they conduct themselves. Mr Horne will now be our go to solicitor for everything. Thank you for restoring our faith that day and helping us with what was a simple matter, but had caused my elderly Uncle a great deal of distress.

Tianna is currently supporting us through buying a property in Bristol. She is incredibly professional & supportive and her communication level is exceeeding expectations. We receive a reply often within minutes. She supports her clients and navigates the process with the other solicitors on our behalf to a standard you'd wish for when buying a property. And trust me I am not being naively positive, as the solicitor team for the house we are selling is getting a different review (entirely different solicitor company). So in summary, Thank you Tianna! Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this firm based on my experience. The purchase completed in the end, but the communication throughout the process was poor. I found myself chasing for updates, I rarely heard anything unless I got in touch first. I completely understand that delays happen in conveyancing, but keeping clients updated shouldn’t depend on them constantly asking for information. There were also several changes of fee earner (3x) during my transaction, which made the whole process feel disorganised and inconsistent. I raised these concerns through the firm’s complaints process, but no resolution. Overall, I was left feeling that communication and customer service were well below the standard I expected, especially considering the fees I paid. If you value clear communication, consistency, and feeling like your matter is being actively managed, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
Great support from the offset. Every team member I conversed with were efficient and professional, whilst still sympathetic to my situation. I recommend Kidwells Solicitors for legal support.

We had a difficult lease home property purchase and were uncertain of the process attached to lease hold properties.
