He grasped the situation immediately offering sound advice and support when I was at a personal low. He was excellent at communicating with me and articulating my position to the other party. We had a poor experience with Watkins Solicitors in Bristol during our house purchase. We were passed between several solicitors, emails were often sent to only one of us, and we often heard key updates from the sellers before our own solicitors. Documents were disorganised, the client app was never updated, and when we asked for clearer guidance, responses became curt. After completion, we raised a formal complaint, but Watkins Solicitors rejected every concern and accepted no responsibility. A disappointing and stressful process — not recommended for first-time buyers or anyone wanting professional, attentive service.
