It would be difficult to imagine any worst. Having hijacked your legal aid on arrest, they advise a no comment interview, which counts against you. Then they refuse all attempt to transfer from their non-sevice. They are a liability. You would be better off representing yourself. Uncontactable and relentlessly hostile. Avoid at all cost
Quite simply the worst solicitors I've ever dealt with. Unprofessional, unresponsive and unapologetically awful. Please don't make the same mistake I did, use an alternative firm.
Had a solicitor called Aadil khan if you ever get him please change it as soon as possible as he is not a serious person to have on your case as he will not reply for days and has a lot of excuses always in a meeting. If you are going though any case please for your on sake get a better solicitor
Despicable firm. If you have a case against anyone of Authorrity especially police. Do not use this firm . They will ciherse you, out words in your mouth and not collect your evidence. They will allow prosecution to use redacted and dropped charges in court and say nothing to defend you . Very unprofessional all they care about is money in their pockets.
I strongly advise against using their services for any driving offence case. The solicitor assigned to my case lacked the necessary expertise and did nothing to support my interests. In court, he was ineffective, and I felt as though they had no genuine intention of representing me. As a result, I not only lost a significant amount of money but was also banned from driving. Afterward, I hired another solicitor to review the case, who informed me that this should have been an easy win in my favour. It seemed as though the solicitor was working more in the interests of the prosecution than for me. I ended up wasting money and facing serious consequences. Be cautious—this firm is one of those recommended by the court, but I would not recommend them under any circumstances. Avoid their services!
