Claire Bell and her team handled our conveyancing after inheriting a property. They were unforeseen issues and Pellys worked closely with us to resolve them, explaining processes and things we didn't understand. They responded to any queries on a timely basis with calls either taken or returned and kept us up to date on the progress of the sale. I cannot recommend Martin Boniface and his assistant, Zoe Langford, highly enough.
