    Barclay Partner Finance (BPF) compensation claim

    BPF were the finance company used by CLC, to purchase a fractional property investment, this was to include free use of CLC 5 star resorts on a points basis. This proved to be a massive wasted money pit, with annual management fees and unavailability to get a resort we wanted to stay at. We felt we were miss sold this as an investment and after seeking advice from Sarah Waddington Solicitors we decided to make a claim for compensation on a no win, no fee basis against BPF. This was in Dec 23 and through SWS, Sarah Honeybul’s and Carol Marchant’s hard work, the Financial Ombudsman Service found in our favour and a full repayment of all past monthly loan payments paid, plus final settlement, all past management fees and 8% interest as now been repaid back as compensation. We cannot thank Sarah Waddington Solicitors enough for their successful efforts in winning this claim. We cannot recommend them enough.

    Parkes holiday claim

    When we turned up we were not feeling confIdent as our solicitor told us we wouldn’t win and that gave us a kick which we didn’t need so we decided to fight our own corner, and we did that as we knew we were confident in winning, overall I think we needed more help in claiming more than we actually got and we were not taken through the claim process

      Timeshare Relinquishment in Florida

      These solicitors are an exceptional firm to deal with for relinquishment of our timeshare relinquishment. It can be a difficult decision to choose a reliable and genuine solicitors, so we chose Sarah Waddingtons as they had good reviews and were genuinely interested in taking on our case. It is not a quick process ours took 3 and a half years but they eventually reached our goal, we are no longer owners of our timeshare. We had constant updates and never gave up chasing our goal. A lot of time was also spent due to the timeshare having deeds attached when purchased, always updates to inform us of progress. We would highly recommend Sarah Waddingtons to anyone who is trying to get out of their timeshare and requires a truly professional team of solicitors. Nothing has been too much trouble and they al, work together as a team

      Barclays Partner Finance and Timeshare Relinquishment.

      Can't thank Robert Adam enough for his help and advice regarding Barclay's and the relinquishment of our Club La Costa membership. After lots of incorrect info from cold callers, Robert explained our situation with vacation points and helped us relinquish our membership, (which club La Costa will do free) Robert was helpful, reassuring and gave all this advice without charge. We are so grateful to be free of CLC and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert Adam and Sarah Waddington Solicitors.

      Anyone who has been trying to be free of their timeshare has no doubt been inundated with companies saying they can sort this, with varying amounts of money being quoted to do it. After a number of years not trusting anyone to help me, I was given the name of Sarah Waddington Solicitors and first checked that they were a reputable company. I then spoke to Sarah who was extremely helpful and confident that she could achieve a positive outcome in this matter as she had been dealing with timeshare owners for ten years. I therefore felt happy to go ahead with them. I did have to pay just over £3,000 for them to take on my case. I was kept informed of all/any developments and it has taken nearly a year but I am now timeshare free so extremely relieved. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is in the sane position as myself. I am happy to be contacted by anyone who wants confirmation about this company.
