Initially, TfL refused to settle the matter with a warning, and I was very worried about the possible consequences. After suggested by Manak solicitor I provided a report from a professional psychological therapist at Harley Street, Samir took the time to prepare and submit a second representation letter on my behalf and Thanks to his persistence, professionalism and careful handling of my case, the matter was ultimately settled out of court with a warning instead. This was an enormous relief, and I truly appreciate the time, effort and care Samir put into achieving this outcome. He handled everything with great patience and professionalism, kept me reassured throughout the process, and provided excellent legal support during what was a very stressful time.
