Cannot recommend Samir enough for helping with a train fare issue. He guided my daughter very thoughtfully and expertly through something that was very scary for her. He was very honest about potential outcomes, but put maximum effort in to our case. We got a positive result - but either way I would highly recommend Samir for the way he dealt with everything.

Initially, TfL refused to settle the matter with a warning, and I was very worried about the possible consequences.
