    From start to finish with the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new home, Tanya was calm and clear in her communication with me. This stopped me from getting stressed. She heard all my instructions and let me know what to do and when. This made the process very smooth as it is too easy to barrage the team when there are periods when it seems as if nothing is happening. House selling and buying will take several months to complete and there are periods when the team gets on with the work and we don't have to. Tanya was professional and light and protected me when other party's were quite impatient and obviously only concerned about themselves and their commission! I would heartily recommend Manak.     We had the pleasure of using Arjan, Duygu and Indervir at the Sevenoaks office for our house sale and purchase. I have no doubt that our sale would have fallen apart if it wasn’t for the knowledge and professionalism of both Arjan and Duygu. We had some major bumps in the road due to poor solicitors on the buyers side, but they continued to chase and ultimately we managed bring the sale to a successful close. Both were contactable and replied to emails very quickly, always putting us at ease through what was a stressful few months. Huge thank you to the team! If we ever decide to move again then we wouldn’t need to think twice about using Manaks. Highly recommend!

      Fare Evasion Case

      I can't begin to thank Holly, Samir and Sarah for their help throughout the case. I was caught using the wrong card and if I'm being honest that card was a high value card so I almost certain I'd be convicted. However, I put my trust in the team and the reassured me they would try their best to get the outcome I wanted and rest assured that's what they did. This morning I received the news that I have only been issued a warning. What I appreciated most was that they did not sugar coat anything, I was aware of the seriousness of this case but they kept me calm and explored my mitigating factors.
