Carl & his team have been excellent in communicating on a fairly simple Sale Transaction- made exceptional more difficult by absolutely abysmal communication by the other side.. right up to & including the day of Exchange. Carl’s in-depth Legal experience regularly came to the forefront & allowed me the comfort of these factors knowing,liking & trusting!! These were vital components here as I have never used Carl or AFG Law before

Absolutely amazing service — I honestly can’t recommend AFG Law enough. As a first-time buyer, I expected the process to be stressful, but Rebecca Mannion and her team, Rebecca Coles and Jessica Critchley, made everything so fast and smooth from start to finish.
