Rebecca Mannion and the team were exceptional throughout the purchase of our property. From the outset, this was far from a straightforward transaction. The property presented complex legal issues surrounding private road access which, at times, genuinely felt as though they had no viable solution. There were moments where we questioned whether the purchase would ever complete, but Rebecca and the team never lost sight of the end goal. Rebecca Coles and Jessica Critchley were exceptional throughout the sale of our home. Our transaction was part of a long and challenging chain with numerous delays outside of their control. Absolutely amazing service — I honestly can’t recommend AFG Law enough.
