I contacted Storm who had dealt with our mortgage earlier in the year. I emailed Storm out the blue and she provided us with a faultless 10/10 service. Storm acted fast and efficiently for us in sending documents that would satisfy the council in order for us to obtain relief from our self build property, due to a delay in receiving documents we needed in our names. I would 100% recommend Storm to anyone needing services from this company. She helped us out massively last minute and saved us a lot of stress! We are extremely grateful for her assistance! Our first appointment was meant to be with Anita Boardman but as she was in dispose her place was taken by Katrina Hurst, this was disappointing as I feel we should have been given the option to rearrange, this is no disrespect to Katrina Hurst who conducted herself well in light of our disquiet. The room for the meeting was not big enough for the numbers attending, with no ventilation and not enough access to water to drink. At the next meeting which was immediately post lunch we arrived 5 minutes prior to find the doors locked and standing in the rain, not satisfactory and easily avoided. We felt on several occasions that we were driving the process and asking for guidance when required. We received your invoice even before we had finalised the process, ie., the return of the documents hadn’t been discussed . Very rare also to be asked for a bill to be paid within 14 days, which duly done anyway. Disappointing not to have a final meeting for the handover our documents and to clarify the final details of concern to us. This was a very new process to us and a complicated one for you possibly. Katrina Hurst was always polite and courteous and we wish her well in her career.
I have just had the pleasure of having Aaron Marshall representing me in a dispute, I was very pleased with the help that I have received from him and the outcome of the case. I would highly recommend AFG Law to any of my family and friends, they are a very friendly and approachable solicitor.

I cannot thank Samera enough for her support throughout my family court proceedings. From the outset, she was compassionate, approachable and genuinely took the time to understand both the facts of the case and the concerns that were important to me as a parent. Family proceedings can be incredibly stressful, but I always felt that Samera listened carefully, answered my questions honestly, and guided me through each stage with patience and professionalism. Absolutely amazing service — I honestly can’t recommend AFG Law enough.
