    Sarah McCarthy handled my late aunt’s probate and IHT, and she did a brilliant job. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she explained things in a way that actually made sense. She kept me updated without me having to chase, and the whole process went far more smoothly than I expected. Really professional, but also very approachable. I’d definitely use her again.

    Conveyancing excellent service

    We needed a solicitor to visit my bedbound mum in her care home for an ID1 check for the land registry. After phoning countless solicitors we kept getting the same reply, they didn't do home visits for conveyancing. Even the Law Society said they couldn't find a solicitor to visit my mum in her care home. In stepped Dave Lavery from Vincent's Solicitors. He very kindly offered to take on this job. Dave literally saved this house sale for us. We cannot thank Dave and Vincent's Solicitors enough. Dave was professional, efficient, friendly and very kind and respectful to my mum. I would highly recommend Dave, I cannot thank you enough.

    i found courtney leach my solicitor not only very professional and informative but very easy to deal with as she was easy to talk to and very friendly and trustworthy, as my original will was with vincents solicitors i felt it would be better to stay with the same solicitors and i couldn,t have been more pleased that i have courtney leach as my solicitor .

      We used Vincent’s to buy our new home and couldn’t recommend them more. Dave Lavery was our conveyancer and nothing was too much for him, he kept us updated at every step and checked in regularly. The communication from Dave was great, he was honest and friendly with great legal knowledge. Katarzyna was also fantastic. Every aspect of the service we received from Vincent’s Solicitors was brilliant We wouldn’t hesitate to use Dave, Katarzyna and Vincent’s Solicitors again!

      Nikki and Dave were amazing, and made the process of purchasing my first property that much more manageable. They were both super responsive and clearly working hard to make the purchase happen. Despite various hurdles with issues further up the chain, Nikki and Dave were persistent and never failed to keep me out of the loop. They were also quick to reassure me whenever I felt stressed by the process. You hear a lot of horror stories about solicitors, but I cannot fault Vincents and would recommend them to anyone.

      First time buyers

      As first time buyers we didn’t really know what to expect when purchasing our first house and going through the process. We had heard so many horror stories. But for us with Vincent’s Solicitor's it could not have gone smoother! Shout out to Dave Lavery who spoke us through each step and provided us with updates and information throughout.       I couldn't recommend Kieran more!

      Kieran and Evangeline were a fantastic help in our sale and purchase from start to finish.
