I was involved in a most unpleasant experience and was quite worried about it all however once I had spoken to my solicitor and had my interview I was at ease he spoke to me in a lovely manner explained to me in a way I understood everything he listened to all I had to say it did not feel rushed like I have experienced from other law firms I highly recommend this firm

From the day we engaged with the conveyancing team at Forbes we knew we were in safe hands. Reception staff were always so helpful and extremely cheerful which was a bonus when things got a little stressful! The conveyancing team were almost always contactable (time of year holidays left some short staffing) but we accepted that and a quick email to all the team soon resulted in a response. We are most grateful for the team’s professionalism and pragmatic approach in particular regarding the sale of our property which at times was hindered by agencies outside of our control. Jennifer dealt with this amazingly and reassured us regularly. Contracts and completion were achieved without issue and our requests for dates were fulfilled. Our only suggestion for full client satisfaction would be timely updates on the Forbes app it looked like a great system which keeps buyers and sellers updated and the progress bar is a reassuring sign that things are moving forward (this was a little slow to be updated and near completion was not updated at all ). We highly recommend Forbes Solicitors - thank you

John Lambe acted for me in resolving a dispute with my late Father's estate. He took the time to understand the circumstances under which my Father signed the Will.
