I was assigned DWS by fridaysmove.com and dealt with Pritesh. I can honestly say it was the worst professional experience I have ever had by far in any field and I frankly cannot believe the company are still in business. They were contracted to do a straightforward conveyancing job on a private residential purchase with no chain. They were incredibly uncommunicative and frankly, lazy. Absolutely nothing moved forward and they became utterly intransigent when I tried to escalate the issue and complain that nothing happened between my phone calls or emails at all! Their client services team didn’t take the issue on (in order to defend their own solicitor’s utter lack of action) they just sent a meaningless and defensive letter and were plain rude to me when I phoned leaving me wishing ever since that I had taken them to the Legal Ombudsman - they utterly fell below the standards expected of a professional/legal services firm.
I would like to highly recommend Kate Sulikowska. Amazing solicitor! Always have a time for client and very quick response for all questions. Lovely cooperation! I'm very pleased with how the DWS Legal and Katarzyna Sulikowska have managed the selling process of my property. I have now successfully completed the sale and dont know how I would have managed without their help. There has been an immense amount of support from them. Miałam dość kłopotliwy proces zakupu pierwszego domu. Pani Kasia to prawnik z powołaniem. Gdy pojawiły się problemy zawsze informowała i już miała gotowe scenariusze i rozwiązania. Nigdy nic nie obiecywała i nie koloryzowała ale też nie straszyła. Bardzo konkretna, niesamowicie profesjonalna i do tego przesympatyczna. Nigdy nie wyczułam złych emocji. Nigdy nie dała się wyprowadzić z równowagi a i mnie potrafiła uspokoić. Czułam że pracuje z prawdziwą profesjonalistką i ufałam i ufam jej w pełni. Polecam każdemu a w szczególności Polakom na wyspach. Dzięki Pani Kasi zawiły język prawniczy do tego w obcym języku był jak zwykła powieść. Dzięki niej mam swój wymarzony dom. Dzięki niej rozumiałam każdy etap i każdy problem. Jest już kilka miesięcy po procesie a z Panią Kasia nadal mam sporadyczny kontakt. To jest urocze kiedy ktoś kto wykonywał dla ciebie pracę nadal jest zainteresowany. To pokazuje też jak ważne dla niej są nasze procesy i nasze sprawy. Ja nigdy nie czułam się jako klient. Czułam się jak przyjaciółka która potrzebuje wsparcia w bardzo ważnej sprawie. Pani Kasia nigdy nie obiecywała gruszek na wierzbie, zawsze szczerze i uczciwie mówiła o problemie i o rozwiązaniach. Pani Kasiu dziękuję za to piękne doświadczenie. Nie mogłam wybrać lepiej. Życzę wielu klientów i mało problemowych procesów. Jeszcze raz dziękuję za wszystko.
