      From my initial contact with Summerfield Browne to Ms Zainab Zaeem getting in contact with me. The process was flawless. I had an issue with the Valuation Office regarding the merging of my two properties into one dwelling and thus required one property tax. This process was managed through along with back ground research done by Summerfield Browne's team. The end result was a successful challenge and a win for me. I was also returned some money that I had on account from them promptly - Thank you Janet Evans (Finance Officer). I would very highly recommend Summerfield Browne for any legal work and I will be using them going forward. Keep up the great work.

      Professional and Efficient on Property Sale

      They were recommended to me by the auction estate agent. I was selling a garage and wanted it completed quickly. Annie and her team were fast on email replies, and made the sale easy for me. Funds were transferred securely and timely. I have sence spoke with her about other properties and would use this company again in the future.

      I was very worried about the situation I was in and didn’t have any idea what to do, I needed help. I found Zainab Zaeem from Sammurfield Brown Limited from online search. She did listen to me with a great passion. She went well above and beyond for helping me. She is very professional with the great legal knowledge.
