Donna Cowell and Jessica Hughes handled the purchase of my new-build apartment in Leeds (as an overseas investor buying through a UK company). The transaction became complicated when the developer served a completion notice while planning conditions were still outstanding. Donna challenged the notice successfully, protected my position throughout, and pushed back professionally when the sales agent applied unnecessary pressure. Jessica kept me informed at every step with clear, prompt updates. Funds were held safely until everything was properly resolved, and completion took place the same day I gave authority. Highly recommended, especially for international investors.
