Our solicitor helped support my partner and I through the process of replacing our Wills, POA and reviewed civil partnership vs marriage options with respect to estate planning and impact of inheritance tax etc. Great service and support by Ali and the team of advisors that he brought in for specific questions or advice. The review request does not show potential areas for improvement, so have listed one just here. We have now had multiple services provided by Slaterheelis for property sales/purchase as well as estate planning. In general, each time we have to fill out a new client form - perhaps there is a way to stream line this so as to not be so repetitive, but still allow for each activity to be clearly listed, fees and service acknowledged.

I made an initial email inquiry at 1030am and by 315pm I was chatting with Tim. He had a wealth of knowledge of this specialist area and offered really great in-depth advice.

Very efficient and easy process. Susie is on the ball and available to help, despite many calls from myself she was always willing to ensure I fully understood the next steps. Went the extra mile. Used Susie before and will most def be using her services again.
