I had a motorcycle accident leaving me with a catastrophic injury. I immediately contacted Bond Turner solicitors and they came out to visit me as soon as I got home from hospital. They listened to everything I had to say throughout my entire experience and gave me professional, honest advice. I was not expecting the amount of updates I have had throughout my journey and I have not had to chase them for answers/information once. The communication from both of them has been fantastic. I've had a personal injury case dealt with by Bond Turner. As with all things like this it's going to take time and the ideal is for the solicitors to deal with it in a timely, efficient, clear and sympathetically. This matter was dealt with by three handlers, the first one was adequate, the second one poor and the final one for the majority of the case was Samuel Johnson who I think was exemplary. I don't like giving bad reviews really but the second handler was unsypmathetic, pushy and basically didn't progress the case on my behalf and seemed a law to himself. In comparison, once he left I had a call with Samuel and a barrister soon after and from there things have proceeded in a diligent and professional matter and I have no complaints.

Bond Turner handled my personal injury case after being knocked off of my bike by a motorist. They handled the whole process from start to finish in a professional and ethical manner, keeping me informed at all stages of the claim. They clearly explained the legal steps being taken at each stage. They challenged the motorists insurance company who were undervaluing my injuries which resulted in my case going to court. The Bond Turner barrister represented me and successfully won the case resulting in an increased compensation payout.
