I am at the beginning of my journey with CEL but the problem with scam recovery there are a LOT of "Recovery Specialists" that appear to want to help you and ask for personal details in offices abroad so you can end up divulging personal information to these other organisations when they are a complete waste of time abd fishing for personal information. Believe me after many months I had given up completely on ever recovering the money that has been stolen from me but Paul Carson of CEL Solicitors has been a professional fresh supportive breath of fresh air, I've yet to start collating my data for them to process but I am confident with Paul and CEL's help I can get back my lost savings after being a couple of years in a deep depression. I will report back on progress, wish me luck!

The woman I was dealing with on the phone who was the first line response team dealing with my case to see if the firm could help was very polite professional and helpful. Her name is Faye Hornby and I’m genuinely very grateful for her taking all my information down and passing it over to her team to see if they could help me or not. Thankfully I was told that they can help me and Faye Hornby finished of the telephone call with an email with my agreement to sign in. I’m looking forward to getting all my legal disputes out of the way and am grateful for the law firms help support and assistance regarding these issues.

I was a victim of a so-called ‘pig butchering scam’ and contacted CEL Solicitors. Faye Hornsby (a ‘First Response Advisor’) phoned me the next day and listened very patiently to my long story and asked some relevant questions. I was upset and tearful and she was extremely kind and supportive, which was a great help. I decided to use CEL, but within the cooling off period I decided to deal with the bank directly initially. The case is ongoing. If the bank do not resolve things to my satisfaction then I will return to CEL for their legal help.

Sharkey who is a helpful, and professional gentleman, who senses the dangers of scams, which are very bad for the unfortunate person s moral, after trying to be kind hearted.
