Would not recommend AT ALL! Messed me about for a year - I had to push them so many times to review the court papers. After a year's delay, right as I submitted a complaint about the timeline, they dropped the claim. They stated the estate agency tried to dissolve and they had no assets anymore, then told me they'd only continue if I paid £5,000 upfront—despite me being a university student on a "no win, no fee" agreement for a stolen deposit. The advice I was given by my case handler Lucy completely contradicts the Housing Act 2004 regarding financial liability. I felt completely misled and brushed off because my case became complex, and it seemed like they didn't care to put in the effort since I wasn't paying upfront, which completely goes against their work alongside Tenant Angels. I am now seeking alternative legal advice from professionals who actually know housing law.

My experience was a nightmare. I don't recommend it. No lawyer. No help with the housing problem. They call until you sign the contract. They're nice, and what do they do? The result is they ruin my bathroom. No lawyer, and you can't even talk about money. I'm left with gray hair, wasted time, money, and stupid crap. I hope someone is honest.

Awful experience and 6 wasted years on a housing claim when this could have been resolved with a decent solicitors. Don’t use if you rent privately.

Driscoll Kinston & Co not only done their job thoroughly and professionally, but one of their particular members went above and beyond the call of duty, as originally they said, because of the court fees and everything else. That they had to pay out. I wasn't entitled to any money, but she managed to get me some money. Anyway, despite the fact that I already accepted the settlement. this is the reason for 5 stars.If I could, I would give ten the are well worth considering if you've got damp or mould in your home and disrepair, that needs doing well recommended!

Keep sending messages when I do not want the claim and not even signed. Get it if someone dont sign they dont want it
