I was looked after very well by Wendy Rintoul who was very professional with a friendly manner.

Following the emergence of some issues and concerns associated with some building works undertaken at our property, and following attempts to engage and resolve amicably with the other parties involved in the design and build of an extension, we contacted Jonathan Hogg at GWL on the recommendation of one of his colleagues, Peter Marsh. So began the start of an exhaustive and prolonged legal battle. Throughout this time, fraught at times with frustration exhibited by the behaviour of the other parties, Jonathan led by example, presented arguments, systematically, technically and from a robust legal position. Despite our concerns at times during the process Jonathan reassured us, using expert witnesses and barrister advice when necessary to support our claim. With every obstacle presented by the other parties Jonathan, working with us, provided evidence to support our position, counter and rebuff theirs. Eventually, and without the need to issue court proceedings, we reached a conclusion and settlement. We can honestly say working with Jonathan was a pleasure, where his knowledge, professionalism, tenacity and focus were exemplary. Above all his openness, reassurance and honesty was a breath of fresh air. We would, without hesitation, recommend Jonathan and GWL for legal advice and representation if asked.

The process was very straightforward and Rovena was highly professional, efficient and communicated clearly throughout.
