I only saw Tony once before my court case I felt really stressed I didn't feel like Tony was for me and on my side he didn't give me that vibe at all even when I went for my pre sentence I still felt he wasn't for me at all even when I went to probation before court I said I didn't think he was fighting enough for the gbh case to be dropped against me as no proper edvindence I broke his leg the probation women assured me that he was one of the best so I felt a little bit better but them on the Friday before court on Monday I found out he was out of office which stressed me right out

We honestly couldn’t have got through the past two years without Lavinia from JNP Solicitors in Merthyr Tydfil and Ross McQuillan-Johnson from Apex Chambers, Cardiff. From day one, they were absolutely incredible — guiding us through every step, explaining every possible option and outcome in detail, and always making sure we understood everything clearly. Both Lavinia and Ross are so down to earth and work brilliantly together. They made us feel at ease and reassured at a time when our whole world felt like it could fall apart. After a stupid, drunken, and completely out-of-character decision that led to a GBH Section 20 charge — something that could have easily split our family apart for a long time — having these two in our corner was a godsend. Even after my husband’s guilty plea, when the likelihood of prison was high, Lavinia and Ross worked tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome — and thanks to their dedication and professionalism, he received a community order instead. We never once felt like we were just another case to them; they genuinely cared, went above and beyond, and fought our corner every step of the way. We would 100% recommend this duo — not only are they exceptional at what they do, but they’re also genuinely compassionate, down-to-earth people who make a real difference. We will forever be grateful 🙏 xx

My representative was amazing throughout my entire situation, possibly the worst four moths of my life with a lot of uncertainty Lavinia was absolutely amazing. Very patient and informative and at times where my anxiety was skyrocketing she was able to reassure me that the process was normal and that they were in control. I cannot thank Lavinia, Josie, Clair and the staff at JNP Legal in Merthyr Tydfil enough. should anyone reading this find themselves in the unfortunate situation requiring legal representation, I would definitely recommend this firm. I decided to allow JNPLegal to represent me in a case involving litigation against a local Police Force. Despite the defendant tactics of obstructing and obfuscating issues, Rebecca Rees at JNP fought the cae with expert legal skill, dogged determination and vigour. Throughout the 4 year battle, I was kept updated throughout by telephone and email and communication was clear, consise and realistic throughout. I must also commend Natasha Bolton of JNP Legal who was equally as competent and courteous. I can only commend and credit JNP Legal in my instance and would highly recommend them for those in similar circumstances.

I didn’t deal with Genette at all, I dealt with Claire Gwilt and as I was selling my mothers property after her death, Claire was professional and compassionate throughout. She kept me updated regularly .

With recent visits to the company I can recommend the friendly receptionist for the knowledge and recommendations. If you were doubtful of step climbing, seek advice before travelling for a visit.

I went to JNP legal about a defamation case. I paid £600 before they would even see me. I seen Rebecca. We had a meeting that lasted about 30 minutes, she gave me a freedom of information request form to fill in. Had a reply from the police it was 95% redacted. Totally unacceptable. Took it to the solicitor office where they photocopied it. It took 2 weeks for Rebecca to phone me. 10 minutes phone call just t say she can’t do anything. What a waste of £600. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
