    I had previously used Lockings Will department for the reviewing of a family will and proceeded to the Probate Dept for the creation and submittal of the estate into the Probate system.     We have recently had cause the carry out a review of our wills. Nicola was such a great help. During the initial meeting we were able to discuss our needs which Nicola noted and advised us how it should be written. The new draft wills were posted to our home which we were able to read before the second meeting. Nicola went through it line by line to ensure we had a full understanding of the content to ensure it fulfilled our wishes.

      Superlative experience from Rachelle & Stephanie at Lockings

      Cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Rachelle Laisnez and her associate Stephanie at Lockings. Rachelle was superb, super competent, calm, persistent when appropriate and sage in her advice. Moving house is a special time of transition when you need all the support and advice you can get -why risk using anyone else? Rachelle guided us away from a dumb choice and helped us buy our dream home in just 6 weeks. You don’t find such capability often - I would so use her again if she’s free.

      Rachelle the magnificent

      Rachelle has been utterly amazing. We were having real problems trying to sell our house due to lots of complicated covenants attached to the property. Rachelle took over our case and she was fantastic. She is so knowledgeable and determined. She would keep us informed at every step and answer our emails straight away. As well as this she would ring often to explain things (and in a way that we could understand). It felt personal, professional and reliable, And then . . . Rachelle worked her magic! Sorted out all the legal complications, got our house sold and sorted out our new property. We are so grateful for everything she has done - in fact I think I’ll quite miss her! We are now in our new home - thank you Rachelle for making our dream a reality xx
