    My wife and I received excellent service from Cay. She gave us advice on things which we had not considered and in addition advised on matters that we did not need to include in the will. At no time did we feel under pressure to get on with things quickly and we were given time and opportunity to think and query and amend drafts. A first class job.

    Dealing with my father's estate

    Rachel and her team dealt with my late father's estate in a very friendly and professional manner. Whilst the process was slow mainly I think to external forces, e.g probate office, HMRC etc. The process started in June 2024 after my father's death in May of that year. I finally received the final accounts last week as all residual tax had been paid on dividends. I was updated regularly on how things were going

      My wife and I were first time buyers so quite overwhelmed by the house buying process. Jenni acted as a knowledgeable, patient and detailed guide throughout the entire process, we could not have done it without her! We had some difficulties with the seller not providing required information and documentation about the house we were buying. Jenni fought our corner the entire time, providing guidance as to why the documentation was needed and ignoring pressure from the seller until we had it.
