    I recently instructed Simone Page of B P Collins, Gerrards Cross, for the sale of 3 properties between 2025 and 2026, which 2 of them were purchased around 6 years ago through B P Collins. I could not have asked for a better conveyancing specialist, hence coming back again and again. Simone was exceptionally thorough and diligent throughout the entire process. From the outset, she demonstrated a strong grasp of the transaction and handled every detail with care and precision. Her communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel well managed and under control. She was proactive in dealing with enquiries, kept matters progressing efficiently, and ensured that nothing was overlooked. I always felt confident that my sale was in very capable hands. I would not hesitate to recommend Simone Page and B P Collins to anyone seeking professional, reliable, and meticulous conveyancing services, and I already have recommended to a friend who is also very happy with the service.     I rarely give 5* reviews but will gladly give one to Sharon Heselton/Victoria Phelan who handled my mother's probate. My mother died without a lawyer and BP Collins were one of three firms who pitched for the business. Sharon was convincing and upfront on how best to proceed, allowing us to doing the work that was better for us to do than using lawyers (e.g. sorting out the credit cards). Her quote was reasonable, she came in on quote, and was always pleasant and efficient to work with.
