    A fast efficient service

    I was in need of a conveyancer to handle some linked transactions which involved other family members so not so straight forward as usual. After contacting Hedges all my problems seamed to disappear. The entire process was outlined to me and went smooth from start to finish.

    Uzma was easy to deal with and conducted the purchase process effectively. I also appreciated that i could use the Chipping Norton office as a local contact for signing documents etc. I hadn't used Hedges Law before but will happily do so again.

    Happy to recommend

    James tenaciously achieved a satisfactory compensation payment to us through resolving a boundary dispute that had given rise to trespass and the destruction of trees and vegetation on our land. He and a specialist boundary surveyor produced all documentation needed for James to satisfactorily conclude matters for us with our neighbour and lodge appropriate boundary clarification paperwork with the Land Registry.

    Purchase of Property Antri and her colleague Maria dealt with the financial and search aspects of a house purchase for me. Maria's investigation into my source of funds was very detailed as were Antri's into the status of various issues notably covenants over the land. Things are clearly much more intensively examined than when I last purchased a house over 40 years ago. Antri's report ran to 66 pages which i did not expect! We were somewhat pushed for time by the vendors but the Hedges team were unflappable and would not be rushed and the deadline was in any case met.

    I recently sold my rental house and Uzma of Hedges Law was AMAZING. Literally did the role of both conveyancing solicitors. The first time buyers who where buying my property chose to use an online conveyancing solicitor. (Thank goodness I chose Hedges a well known local firm who came highly recommended) Had it not been for Uzma and the relationships she has with the agent Rowan I don't the buyers would have managed to buy my house. Super efficient, proactive service and communication, Uzma kept on top of the buyers solicitor who were slow and extremely unprepared. I would highly recommend Hedges and the team for conveyancing.

      I thoroughly recommend Peter. He has helped us as a family supporting and advising my mother with her estate.       Brilliant and helpful service

      Jagat was really friendly and helpful in guiding my wife and I in setting up our wills and looking in to LPAs. He explained everything in terms we could understand and explained all costs upfront at no time did we feel pressurised into other products or services. All meetings were arranged around us and nothing seemed to much trouble. All staff both in the Summertown office and at head office again we're friendly and extremely helpfull
