I had the pleasure and utter luck to be able to be a client of Molly Guest. She is absolute asset to this company. Her professionalism, manorism, communication and knowledge is beyond outstanding. I could not be happier with her support during very difficult and long court proceedings. Nigel Kinder was professional, straightforward, efficient and kept me well informed. His advice was clear and good and he showed great understanding of my problem. Received advice that went off-topic and over-budget. We needed advice on the imminent out-of-court settlement but only received advice on a court case that was not to be. Nigel seemed to be have forgotten, as he seemed surprised when we interrupted to remind him it was settling out-of-court. His only advice was 'you can't do anything' after barely any contemplation. Not useful and not worth £5000

Failed in a number of areas, firstly, Missed the opportunity to negotiate and settle claim, further negligently failed to represent me in my defence and counterclaim, failed to instruct Counsel paid money upfront and failed to advise on cost. Whitewashed my complaint. My negligence claim was notified to Pardoes professional indemnity insurers and passed to Bond Pearce LLP. Bond Pearce tried to have my claim struck out, l had gone on holiday and notified the courts and Bond Pearce that l was on Holiday and travelling in Europe, Bond Pearce sent me letters knowing l could not possibly reply, and applied to have the claim struck out on the grounds l had not replied to their letters so l was not bothered and more things l can't print here, the Judge said about Pardoes negligence' Bond Pearce asked for my claim to be resubmitted as alleged it was difficult to follow? ' Bond Pearce barrister admitted.outside the court room l had been kicked in the groin. The whole experience left me traumatised and broken and bankrupt, Pardoes kept my fees and abandoned me, l was a client and expected to be treated fairly and respected.

We used the Yeovil branch of pardoes for an extremely complex litigation matter. Bhavani Hogerty was our solicitor from the firm. She remained extremely considerate, kind and professional throughout our case and she is highly knowledgeable in this area of law. She provided updates upon request and at relevant times, chose an equally skilled Barrister to represent us, understood our financial situation and worked in an efficient manner to ensure we had the best service for what we could afford and showed compassion and support when nerves were getting the better of us in court. Sasha and Ella were also very pleasent to deal with, whom were Bhavanis legal secretaries. I cannot recommend this firm enough, especially Bhavani. I shall most definitely use them in future for all legal issues and recommend to all family and friends. My partner and I cannot thank the team enough for getting us justice and for going above and beyond in securing our home.
