Caroline and the team were excellent. Always quick to respond and really on the ball when it came to keeping the momentum up on my sale and purchase's. When the otherside was being slow, she was clearing pushing to get things resolved as quickly as possible, whilst being realistic with time frames and setting expectations. I always felt informed. We have recently completed both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new property, and I honestly can’t thank Caroline Polder at Thatcher + Hallam / Ames Kent enough for everything she did to get us there. Moving house is never without its challenges, and our transaction certainly had a few stressful moments along the way. Exceptional Service from Hayley Wakefield at Thatcher & Hallam Hayley was absolutely brilliant throughout what turned out to be a very long and stressful house sale and purchase. The process took over a year and nearly collapsed several times due to buyers dropping out and poor solicitors further down the chain, but Hayley was consistently excellent. She is professional, approachable, and explains everything in plain English, which made things so much easier to understand. Hayley always responded quickly and was at the end of the phone whenever I needed clarification or reassurance. Her calm, proactive approach kept everything moving when it could have fallen apart.
