    We would like to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to Callum Willey at HSR Law Solicitors for his professionalism, communication and support throughout what became an extremely stressful and worrying property transaction. Over the recent bank holiday weekend, we were faced with serious concerns surrounding the legal ownership and registration of a property purchase, which understandably caused us a huge amount of anxiety and uncertainty. Callum remained calm, professional and proactive throughout, keeping us fully updated and taking the time to explain matters clearly and honestly at every stage. Despite it being a Sunday during a bank holiday weekend, Callum went above and beyond by taking the time to provide us with an important update which ultimately brought enormous relief to us both. His communication, reassurance and dedication genuinely made a very difficult situation far more manageable and we cannot thank him enough for the support he provided.     I instructed Andrew Best of HSR Law to handle the sale of my shares in the company that I part owned, and the service was excellent from day one. Andrew was professional, proactive and always quick to emails and calls. Andrew obviously was dealing with many cases besides mine, but at no time did I feel he wasn't providing me with the best service. The agreement that we reached in terms of the sale of my shares was everything I had hoped for.     There are quite a few unsatisfactory solicitors out there. Having lost our wonderful solicitor to retirement, I went through 4 of these unsatisfactory solicitors. I asked friends for recommendations but all fell short. All I ask is that someone be pro active, easy to talk to, and keep in touch with updates. all of these were clearly too much for the companies I went through. In need once more, I started to call all of the companies with good reviews and see what came up. HSR Law were the 2nd company I called and I got lucky with a great young woman who after going through the few requirements I had, told me I needed Melissa Squires. Melissa called me straight away and I missed her call, so she immediately emailed me...this indeed was quite a novelty that someone called me back! Soon spoke to Melissa and she has now completed the work for me on a commercial lease. At last...a good solicitor! She is extremely thorough, very personable and certainly pro active. I can recommend Melissa very highly.

    Outstanding work and so well communicated. I work closely with HSR Law on new Articles, Shareholders Agreement and the reclassification of shares.     Conveyancing solicitors often have a poor reputation - associated with inefficiency and red tape. I can categorically say this wasn't our experience with Ryan (ably supported by Hannah) at HSR law! From the outset, the process was made clear through a really useful step-by-step document. Information was shared in a timely manner and in a format that could be understood. Issues were dealt with quickly, and the whole process of selling and buying went through as quickly as was possible. Ryan was personable, down to earth and demonstrated excellent professional knowledge. The fees represented good value for money and were shared from the start. I would heartily recommend Ryan and HSR Law to others.
