I would just like to say what a wonderful experience it was buying a bungalow in Cusworth with Callum Willey acting as my solicitor. He was Professional , Personal and what I found really important his understanding of both my dyslexia and lack of technical ability. I honestly can’t thank Jasmine enough for all her help with buying my first home\! As a first\-time buyer, I had lots of questions and wasn’t always sure what to expect, but Jasmine made me feel at ease throughout the whole process\. She always took the time to explain everything clearly, was happy to answer any questions I had, and never made me feel like anything was too much trouble\. She was so lovely, approachable and professional, and everything was handled so efficiently and in a timely manner\. We were recommended HSR Law by our estate agents and I am so pleased we followed their advice. From the outset there was excellent communication from Alison Teasdale and then predominantly from her assistant Liam Jolley. At every point through the process, Liam kept us abreast of each step and set out clearly what was needed. I think what impressed us most, was Liam's almost instant response to the innumerable emails I was sending, asking next steps, timescales etc. His responses were always clear, concise and reassuring. Any anxieties on my part were always met by detailed and calming replies. Throughout our journey of both purchase and sale, HSR Law were excellent and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. I have often heard negative anecdotes about solicitors and conveyancing. I am glad to say that in our case, it has been the complete reverse, hence our five star review. This is wholly down to HSR Law, Alison and of course for us, the star of the show Liam to whom I would happily award six stars.

From beginning to end an outstanding service which offers good value for money. Selling a house is considered to be a stressful experience. A lot of paperwork and some legal terms that the average person would struggle to understand. Any queries I had were explained patiently and in a way that I could understand easily. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly in a friendly a professional manner. Never once did I have to chase HSR Law for a progress report on the sale. I would paticularly like to thank Charlie Mai Covel who dealt with the vast majority of my queries and emails. You made my life a lot easier! Thanks also to Emma Whiting the lawyer who dealt with the sale.
