After spending thousands with a previous solicitor who I instructed through CAB, who were not fit for purpose to deal with my divorce to the end, which ended up going on for 8 years. Seriously 8 years. I ditched my previous solicitor and found Beeston Shenton, which was a well known name. Who took around 5 months to sort out my mess of a divorce and get it over the line. To say it's been a rollercoaster of emotions is an understatement. So in the short time frame Paul had to finalise my divorce he was fantastic. Professional and did not mess about playing games sending unnecessary emails, getting into petty arguments with the other side. Paul just did what he does best. Also thanks to Ella and the reception team who again were all very professional at their job. Which is all I could ask for.

Paul has represented me through a challenging divorce settlement and child access agreement. He is very thorough & offered great advice throughout the process whilst allowing me the freedom to come to quite a unique but agreeable settlement. His advice, not limited to the legalities of the process, was always fair and his help during a very difficult period was invaluable. Paul and his team is very professional in thier role while remaining empathetic & supportive during what inevitably is a very emotional & difficult time for everyone involved. I have no hesitation in recommending him or his team to represent you through the process. The best firm I have had to deal with my case and the solicitor, very kind, compassionate and very understanding of his client and also very efficient at handling my case and does his best when it comes to dealing with my case and works around the clock to get all he can done on this. In addition to this, the finance team is helpful when it comes to payment and seting up direct debit. I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants the best.
