From the very beginning we felt secure in our decision to use Smith & Co and found both Jenny Dawson and Jenny Maltby to be knowledgable, professional and efficient, and with this being our first time going through a property sale we felt reassured and supported. We were kept fully informed throughout the entire process of our sale and our purchase - we were able to track the progress via their app and received regular status updates as to where we were in the process and what the next steps and timelines would be. We have used Smith & Co Solicitors twice now. First for selling a house a few years ago and the second time, most recently for both buying and selling.
