Whilst this review is a little late, we wanted to take this opportunity to share what fantastic service we received through Smith & Co for both our recent house sale and property purchase. From the very beginning we felt secure in our decision to use Smith & Co and found both Jenny Dawson and Jenny Maltby to be knowledgable, professional and efficient, and with this being our first time going through a property sale we felt reassured and supported. We were kept fully informed throughout the entire process of our sale and our purchase - we were able to track the progress via their app and received regular status updates as to where we were in the process and what the next steps and timelines would be. First class communication and service from anybody we dealt with and we would absolutely recommend them to others! If the need arises then I have no doubt that we would use them again in the future! I decided to sell property REMOTLY in October/November 2021. The sale process was long and difficult. Some unclear aspects of my entitlement for piece of land in back garden appeared as per my purchase in 2014. Luckily everything was resolved in excellent way and on low cost because of Jo Perrins expertise, engagement and sincerity. Excellent communication and support from Jo and whole Smith&Solicitors team. I could not rate the service lower than 5 starts. Thank you again!
