Jamie Green was the best Solicitor I have ever dealt with, he was very knowledgeable and his directions were clear and correct. He had time to explain things fully and seemed to go 'the extra mile' in his service.

I cannot express how impressed my husband and I have been with Syeda. I have had experience with solicitors before and to be totally honest, not that impressed. Syeda is at a different level- the communication on our house purchase has been absolutely excellent. Her attention to detail definitely pivotal to securing a very tricky sale. It wouldn’t have happened without this attention detail and communication with us. And I have and will be telling everyone! So refreshing please do pass our thanks on and we would be happy to use Bendalls in future. My husband has used in the past- but I was still to be convinced this was the right company to use. Syeda has convinced me.

Excellent service throughout from the receptionist to the partners , fast and efficient I’ve used the firm for a few different legal matters , very reasonable as well , special thanks to Tania Bailey who went out of her way on more than one occasion .
Helpful to a degree and it all got sorted eventually. But generally not very reactive and very slow replies. I would have to ask if anything else needed doing before being prompted for the next step. Transfer of equity took 3 and a half months. But that was because this solicitor and the others were both just as slow. Rather frustrating.
Family solicitors. First time using the company. Friendly and efficient.

We needed to write our Wills and we opted for the Cancer Research Donation option. The whole team were very professional and unbiased towards our needs. All staff were welcoming and approachable. We would highly recommend to friends!

Syeda and Paul were great with the sale of our house, they liaised with our estate agents and completed on the sale promptly. The only gripe would be that I had provided my ID in the past at least once or twice and visited their offices on numerous occasions. However, I needed to provide it again for the conveyancing in February and again for another matter with the firm in June. A joined up / streamlined approach would be helpful.

Beyond terrible! Rude and arrogant staff, and all parties had to constantly chase the sale of our house. This should have been a very easy sale, and all parties were ready to move forward for several weeks/months. But Bendalls continued to work at the pace they wanted to work (Slow and when they could be bothered) I would highly recommend avoiding this business for any legal matters!
