    Syeda and Paul were great with the sale of our house, they liaised with our estate agents and completed on the sale promptly. The only gripe would be that I had provided my ID in the past at least once or twice and visited their offices on numerous occasions. However, I needed to provide it again for the conveyancing in February and again for another matter with the firm in June. A joined up / streamlined approach would be helpful.

    A place you can walk into

    House Sale

    We chose Bendalls as we have been with the Newmarket one for years. Moving to Beck Row made it easier to use your branch for the sale. I think it's such a long winded process to what it was years ago. Plus the client had to do nothing . Now as we found out we have to get bank statements etc , pay for certain things up front. For us it meant travelling to a bank 16 miles away. Then come back and because two names are not on it. One of us has to go back and get another copy. We at our age are not confident to Bank on line. So for us we were hoping that the solicitors themselves look into finding it out. They were small points for us. Times have changed so much in the system it's hard to get your head around. Claire Kelly was very supportive to us and we loved her phrase(no worries.) We received a very good service it's just stressful for the buyers not knowing when there are problems during the sale. Once again thank you all for everything

    This should have been a very easy straight forward house purchase but made long winded and stressful by Bendalls Nkt, they had to be chased at every step of the way. Personally I'd advise everybody against using Bendalls Nkt although we had a very different service and experience from Bendalls Mildenhall 12 months ago. Eventually the house purchase was completed but not in a timely manner. Avoid.

    Traumatic experiences bad camunication from the Mildenhall office rude 11th hour told that buy a 2oclock deadline contracts could not go through although the other contracts had been finished the money was in your account the Mildenhall office was at lunch need to be looked in to.

    Beyond terrible! Rude and arrogant staff, and all parties had to constantly chase the sale of our house. This should have been a very easy sale, and all parties were ready to move forward for several weeks/months. But Bendalls continued to work at the pace they wanted to work (Slow and when they could be bothered) I would highly recommend avoiding this business for any legal matters!
