Overall I had a poor experience with KWW Solicitors. After sorting out a probate for me (complete, albeit a little slowly), KWW took on the administration of my mother's estate. This is where everything went badly, with no communication from KWW to me for several months after completion of the probate. I tried to contact them several time via phone messages and emails, with no replies. After several weeks of trying, I escalated to the partner and was promised that my matter would be sorted out. After another two weeks of nothing from KWW, I asked them to close my case and send everything back to me. I have since manage the adminstration of the estate myself.
Dear Mr Kamerkar, we were very sorry to see your negative feedback on ReviewSolicitors. We can only apologise for a level of service which was not up to our usual high standards. While it is no way offered as a defence, it is a great shame you engaged us during a period of significant internal disruption due to changes in personnel which led to gaps in our paralegal support and a compromised level of communication. We hope there will be an opportunity in the future for us to restore the confidence that led you to KWW Solicitors in the first place.
Over the last two years KWW have handled the Probate of my late Mother. It was a rollercoaster of unexpected obstacles. I was pleased that I had KWW to help me through the process. Jack Haskew gave me a good overview at the start of the process. Thereafter the day to day stuff was handled by legal assistants and overseen by Jack. The people I dealt with were always polite helpful and professional. The last assistant who helped me for over a year was Victoria Allum. Victoria was very organised, diligent and accurate in her work. We have just finallised the process and I have been very pleased with the service I received from KWW.

I live in the USA and my sister lives in Hong Kong. Our mother died and KWW have been dealing with the estate. They have been very helpful and Victoria Allum was especially efficient. They were all a pleasure to deal with. KWW also helped with the selling of our mother's house. Enza Sole was also really helpful and the process was very smooth.

KWW Solicitors have been our family solicitors for many years. Firstly we worked with Karen Starkey but after her departure, and recently, we received a consultation with Jack Haskew. I called to find out if a will was registered. Jack went above and beyond to help me looking through all the archives despite me not being a client. He was very friendly,helpful and also offered advice on my options. Would definitely use them for any legal matters that may arise.

I used this firm to handle my remortgage, and while the matter did eventually complete successfully, the overall process took much longer than expected and had a few bumps along the way. It took approximately 17 months from completion for the Land Registry (LRA) registration to be finalised — a process that should have taken a fraction of that time. Throughout this period I had very little visibility on progress and had to repeatedly chase for updates. There was also a serious error where my Stamp Duty Land Tax wasn't paid to HMRC on time, despite me providing the funds well in advance — this resulted in me receiving a penalty letter from HMRC directly. To their credit, the firm did eventually cover the penalty in full once I raised it, but this should never have happened in the first place. Communication throughout was consistently poor. I regularly had to follow up 5 or more times before getting any response, with no proactive updates coming from their side. The matter has now completed and some issues have been put right, which I appreciate, but the level of service and the length of time this took fell well below what I'd expect.

Very smooth experience using KWW for our house sale. Online ID checks were helpful as we both work different shifts, and we completed just over 7 weeks from accepting an offer (no chain). Fees seemed reasonable compared to another local quote, and communication around exchange and completion was excellent and really efficient.
