    Excellent experience of Howell Jones Raynes Park

    We used Howell Jones recently to help us with the matter of our Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney. The solicitor and legal secretary were thoroughly professional and efficient in every aspect of this work and a pleasure to deal with.     Wills updates for a senior couple

    We had used Howell-Jones to draw up earlier wills and enduring powers of attorney so had no hesitation in going back to them 13 years later, now in 2026. From first to last they offered us an excellent, prompt and helpful service, not least in agreeing to come to our home for the signing and witnessing as some disability issues and difficult parking near their Leatherhead office would have caused us problems otherwise.

      I genuinely cannot thank Shahida, Tara and Raheemah enough for everything they have done for me throughout my sale and purchase. I have been involved in property transactions for over 10 years, and I can honestly say that they have been the very best conveyancing team I have ever dealt with. The speed at which they handled everything was incredible. Despite the transaction being part of a chain, with a number of complications and moving parts along the way, they managed to get us to exchange in just under 10 weeks. That alone was a huge achievement and something I am extremely grateful for. What stood out even more was the level of communication and care. Every single email was answered, and whenever I called, one of the team was always there to speak to me. I never felt ignored, left in the dark or like I was simply another file on a desk. They made what can be an incredibly stressful process feel much more manageable. There were several moments where things became time-sensitive and stressful, but Shahida, Tara and Raheemah remained calm, professional, proactive and reassuring throughout. They genuinely went above and beyond to keep everything moving and to get us over the line. You can tell that they care about the people they are acting for, not just the transaction itself, and that made a huge difference to me. I will always be extremely grateful to Shahida, Tara and Raheemah for their hard work, patience, persistence and support.       Sale of house. Efficient, patient, professional and friendly.

      Howell Jones were recommended as a local (Raynes Park) solicitors office (specifically Leena Hindocha) for the sale of our house. I cannot praise them highly enough. Strongly recommend them. There was pressure from the buyers to complete the sale quickly in order to preserve the buyer's chain. Leena Hindocha working with Sara Lachhab, were a seamless double-act, so that there were absolutely no delays with members of the team having annual leave. Both Leena and Sara were very patient, explained everything and responded promptly to our emails or calls. We had complete confidence in them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
