Sergiu and Natalie went above board when representing me at first. Both showed that they cared and in particular Sergiu was fantastic from my first meeting and then along the way. Then Paul was a reassuring figure in the magistrates. He certainly knew his law which was vital. He made me feel supported and backed up. Then being represented by Liam. His knowledge and patience helped secure an acquittal and in turn saved lots of further anxiety and even money. Liam showed a personable touch and showed that he cared. Then a mention at all staff who work behind the scenes and have replied to emails of taken calls from me. My only constructive feedback would be to simplify some of the technical law vocabulary and language. There are many words used that can add to one’s anxiety. Simplifying the words helps a lot.
