It was such a difficult time and I was warned it would be the most difficult time, my case was a difficult one. Emma was attentive to my needs and wishes. what she said would be the outcome in court she was quite accurate however I know they cant judge that. Sharon and her team have been fantastic! Can't praise them high enough! Not only did they take on a complex case at the last minute but they got to grips with it quickly (there was alot of reading!) and they spotted things missed by our previous solicitors who we would never recommend and only wish we had found Sharon much much sooner. I contacted Richard Nelson LLP after a decision to withdraw NHS funding for my partner, who is severely disabled and lives in a specialist care home. The solicitor we used, Scott Walker, was excellent. He was meticulous and diligent, and helped me understand the process during a very stressful time. He represented us at the Appeal hearing, and as a result of his hard work NHS funding was restarted, with care home fees that we had paid reimbursed. An excellent job.
