Taylor was absolutely great when dealing with a house sale that kept falling through. We eventually had to be passed to Sarah as the house went to Auction but Taylor did a lot of work prior to this to get the house to being able to complete. She was professional, kind and always responded to emails. Would definitely recommend her and her team.

I would highly recommend Willsons Solicitors for their outstanding service delivery from start to finish. I used their conveyancing service to buy and sell properties and was very happy with the service. All staff were courteous and polite and kept me informed about the progress. They did their level best to meet my deadlines where possible and to speed up the progress. Had I not been in a chain the last transaction would have closed much earlier. They are thorough and I felt that they had my best interest at heart at every step of the way. Thank you.

I have been represented by Miss Bains at court for the last hearing, it was a long day for about 5 hours in total of negotiations, Miss Bains provided an excellent engagement for all day so we can have the outcome I wanted.
Miss Bains was deeply engaged and looking after the children proceedings matter for the last 2 years, from the start to the end Miss Bains was very supportive, very professional, very detailed, very explicative, very knowledgeable, very efficient. Most amazing experience with Ravinder Bains.
She made our whole experience with family Court so easy and straight forward. Always made herself available for advice whenever we needed it, and was just generally so caring and sympathetic throughout our whole experience.
I’d never choose anyone else and would recommend to anyone who is going though a similar situation.

I can only say that my experience has been great with team higham. Although I have had problems with buyers they have been patient and explained processes. When my buyers wanted to complete really quickly they made this happen, contacting me on day of completion. Cannot fault them. Also competitive on price.
