“I cannot thank Chloe enough for all her support and professionalism during my recent children’s proceedings. She has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish - always approachable, clear in her advice, and incredibly thorough in preparing my case.
Chloe took the time to listen to me and truly understand the situation, which gave me a lot of reassurance during what has been a very stressful time. She explained everything in a way I could easily understand, kept me updated at every stage, and made me feel fully supported throughout the process.
Her dedication, empathy, and expertise have made a huge difference, and I genuinely don’t think I could have managed without her guidance. I would highly recommend Chloe to anyone needing a solicitor for family matters- she really does go above and beyond.
Also I highly recommend using 4PB chambers if you have the option as again they deserve a 5 star for their work.”

“On learning I was being taken to court after my daughters father had cancelled mediation because he wasn't getting the outcome he wanted made me feel anxious, stressed and very upset. I met with Jackie who put it all into perspective and helped me understand that I hadn't done anything wrong and the situation was difficult. I explained that the request of additional time wasn't something my daughter wanted and that I was there for her.
My daughters father moved the goal posts multiple time during the hearing and was very difficult to deal with. Having Jackie and a barrister's support during the whole process helped me cope with the situation and how they represented my daughter and me was second to none. They were straight to the point and kind and always acted in our best interest, which provided the best outcome for my daughter. I don't believe I would have got through it without them and I am forever grateful.
Jackie and Tom thank you. ”

“Graham Twist assisted me through a very difficult time in private family law proceedings. He always took into consideration both my child's welfare and my own. His knowledge and advice were outstanding, and he took the time to listen, explain his views, and support me throughout the process.
Graham was remarkable at every hearing and provided exceptional support throughout my case. At my final hearing, Nicola, my barrister, was equally outstanding. Together, they gave me confidence and reassurance during an incredibly challenging time.
Thank you again, Graham. I am truly grateful for all your help and support.”

“I worked with Ian regarding an Adoption case. I am an Advocate and I was the Litigation Friend for Dad. Ian was fantastic with the person I was supporting. Ian took time to explain to Dad, in great, simplistic language, what was happening, what Dad's rights where, and how I could help, and Ian could help too. Myself and Ian had a wonderful working relationship, ensuring the best possible outcome for Dad, working in joint partnership. Ian took great steps to explain in clear and honest communication what Dad's rights were, even in what was a very difficult case. Ian was knowledgeable, professional, responsive and always had a friendly smile to greet us. I would use Ian again and would recommend him to the colleagues in my organisation.”

“I don’t know where my daughter and I would be now without Nikki. From the off she has been honest, compassionate and on the money. I echo all reviews and their glowing feedback - she is incredibly child-focussed; driven to ensure the the child and their welfare is kept front and centre throughout the process. She isn’t just an amazing solicitor with excellent legal knowledge she is also a wonderful human being who will go out of her way to make sure her client is consistently informed, empowered and able to make the right choice with the correct and relevant information to hand. An excellent, dogged advocate and empathic human being is a rare combination - this is Nikki and I’d recommend her to anyone you are safe in her hands.”

Where a solicitor protects your position
The key risk is irreversible steps taken without the court’s approval. A solicitor explains the available orders, outlines deadlines, and prepares disclosures and witness evidence. They help secure protection when a child’s welfare might be at risk, or when sensitive choices must be delayed or constrained until a ruling is made, ensuring the client’s position is properly presented to the court.
