“I highly recommend Jane-Louise for children matters mediation, particularly for parents who have reached an initial agreement and need professional guidance to formalise it and plan for the future. Jane-Louise was exceptional at facilitating and refining our existing parenting arrangements. She didn't just document what we had agreed upon; she proactively helped us think through contingencies we hadn't considered, such as schools, communication protocols, and potential changes as the children grow older. I would highly recommend Fullers Family Law. ”

“From day one both Micheal and Darcie have been excellent. They will take time to talk you through the process, they also make themselves available to assist you. One example Micheal was on a weeks holiday and yet he still took time to answer are questions that we had, plus he always keeps us up-to-date with how the case was going. They are both very friendly people and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing legal advice.”

“I contacted Nelson’s on the recommendation of another client and was allocated Melanie Brigden. After the initial consultation I was more than confident that Melanie and of course Melanie 2 could handle this somewhat difficult case! Initially I went with a child arrangement order which both parents objected to but Melanie soon dealt with their objections and the order was given … I went for an SGO order as well and although it’s wasn’t granted didn’t feel it was anything to do with the lack of attention to detail by Melanie her hands were tied by social worker recommendation. This still didn’t stop Melanie pushing in court for the best outcome possible on the day .. I am totally happy my granddaughter gets to grow up in a safe , loving and stable future. I would recommend the two Melanie’s and employ them again in a minute . ”

“Melissa has been a tremendous support to myself over the last year as I challenged for equal shared care for my children. She kept me updated throughout the process, providing me with excellent advice and provided brilliant representation in court during the first hearing. She made one of the most challenging parts of my life easier, gaining support from other departments in JWP when required. Appointments were always available when needed whether that was in-person or on a phone call. Her advice and support ultimately helped me to obtain the best result (with the support of Barrister Asma Chaudhry in the final hearing).”

“Andrew has supported me on previous occasions and, whilst he has not formally represented me throughout my recent proceedings, he has continued to provide invaluable legal guidance and support. My case has been particularly challenging. Throughout the Family Court process, Andrew took the time to walk me through documentation, sense-check correspondence from the opposing solicitor, and was even available should I have needed immediate assistance during court hearings. This was also the case through my financial remedy. One might argue that this is simply part of the job and that Foys should expect no less. However, Andrew consistently went well above and beyond what I could reasonably have expected. He not only provided sound legal advice, but also knew when the best course of action was to advise me not to respond at all, which was often just as valuable. He has always acted with the utmost professionalism. Equally important, his humour and wit have frequently shone through. During what was, at times, an isolating and overwhelming legal battle for a lay person, those moments of humanity made a real difference. It is something I will never forget. Andrew is a genuinely decent man, an exceptional solicitor, and a tremendous asset to Foys Solicitors. His experience, judgement and leadership are qualities that cannot easily be replicated. I understand that Andrew is now in the process of embarking on what I hope will be a long and enjoyable retirement. Before he does so, I wanted to place on record my sincere thanks, and those of my children, who now benefit from the security of a robust Child Arrangements Order.”

“I don’t know where my daughter and I would be now without Nikki. From the off she has been honest, compassionate and on the money. I echo all reviews and their glowing feedback - she is incredibly child-focussed; driven to ensure the the child and their welfare is kept front and centre throughout the process. She isn’t just an amazing solicitor with excellent legal knowledge she is also a wonderful human being who will go out of her way to make sure her client is consistently informed, empowered and able to make the right choice with the correct and relevant information to hand. An excellent, dogged advocate and empathic human being is a rare combination - this is Nikki and I’d recommend her to anyone you are safe in her hands.”

They are a phenomenal team of family lawyers who truly understand the complexities of child welfare and parental rights. Martha and Edith are not only highly professional and sharp in the courtroom, but they also show a deep commitment to the best interests of the child.
