We were pleased to have Elliott's professional help following frustratingly lengthy and outstanding delays and uncertainties over an eight year old Overage Agreement, with building work no way near to being started. Elliott used his experience to carry out extensive and detailed work when writing to the Directors of the Development Company and working with ourselves. Elliott's expert input "fired a cannon" that had an immediate effect on the Development Company, who at last took action resulting in a fairly quick and satisfactory conclusion, for which we are very grateful.

Having gone through processes with solicitors in the past, you can often feel like you are irrelevant and they don’t care about your timescales and the pressure etc. Clare was fantastic from the word go. Her communication and explanation of the process was perfect and at no stage did we feel stressed even when things didn’t quite go as planned.
