We appointed Leila as our solicitor for a sale and purchase transaction - she was fantastic. All the way through the process she communicated with us clearly and simply and was able to explain and advise on the risks assuredly. We also did not have to chase - she fully understood the timescales and worked hard to keep the transactions going at pace. In the end we had to exchange and complete quickly due to the circumstances of the purchase (outside of our control) and Leila managed it through to conclusive fluently with minimum fuss. We can't thank her enough! Would definitely recommend.

Sadie has been immensely helpful and supportive throughout our first ever remortgage process. The initial contact was fast and clear and I understood everything that was required from me. Sadie kept constant communication and answered every question promptly and with full details so I was never left unsure of the answer given. Couldn’t recommend enough

Kellie Darke is quick, efficient and doesn't suffer slow conveyancers from the 'other side' gladly! Really easy to deal with and answered my dumb questions kindly and promptly.

Deepa helped me with sorting out my ID1 form and went above and beyond to help answer any questions I had. Lovely staff and would definitely choose them again

I was working through the process of removing my ex partner from my mortgage. Sophie helped to guide me and worked through the process and organised all the documentation needed very quickly and compassionately. Communication between myself and Sophie was incredible I could contact the firm with any question even if I felt it to be slightly futile and they were more than happy to help. Only firm I will ever use if I have too.

Excellent, responsible service, providing clear and helpful advice over a protracted negotiation for the sale of lanbd with planning obligations.

Rathan Kumar was dilligent, timely and professional throughout. We would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone and will continue to use for our needs.

Michelle and her team in the conveyancing department, as well as Niall, from corporate and commercial, are simply outstanding. I would highly recommend them: professional, meticulous, and genuinely committed to seeing your case through to completion. I had a particularly tricky set of sales involving a complex legal issue, and the entire team at Hawley and Rodgers was brilliant. They went to bat on my behalf, ensuring my interests were fully represented at every stage. Thanks to their efforts and dedication, the case was successfully resolved—something that simply wouldn’t have been possible without them. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

A heartfelt thanks to Ken Ragon-Chambers at Spires Legal. Not only legally astute, but commercially aware too. An asset to have on your side.

This is the second time I have used this company and solicitor for conveyancing and have been impressed by the proactive and professional handling of this work. I could not recommend highly enough.

This was the first time using Matthew and Matthew, and I am so glad we did! The service Emma King and Tina Morris provided was excellent! They both ensured we had constantly informed during the whole process and always responded to emails very promptly. We would highly recommend Emma and her team and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
