We were recommended Ronald Fletcher Baker by our Mortgage Advisor. I cannot thank Peter Smith enough for their continued support throughout the whole process. I had daily communication which kept me up to date with our mortgage application and any questions I had, I had quick responses. I would 100% recommend RFB to anyone who needs this service. I had this perception before buying a house that it was going to be a really stressful process, however, Peter Smith made it a very smooth process.

It was a pleasurable experience for something that can be quite stressful. Very friendly and approachable at all times. Kept fully informed and the amount of useful information passed on to me was astounding, I know now why you need legal representation when purchasing a house, the amount of checks that were performed for my protection were staggering. All I can say if thank you all for your hard work.

Recently purchased a shared ownership property and used Tozers as my solicitors. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the southwest. They have expert knowledge in conveyancing, especially when dealing with my shared ownership property. They were quick, efficient and very professional throughout the process and supported me every step of the way. The fees were reasonable too.

We had an excellent service from Everys at the Exmouth office, who did an superb job in handling the conveyancing work involved in the sale of our holiday flat. We were most impressed. We were kept fully informed and involved at every stage throughout this period and we were delighted with the outcome. We are most grateful to Pippa and Chelsea for such a professional, efficient and friendly service. Thank you very much.
