Louise Senior and her team have expertly guided us through a recent, very challenging leasehold purchase. A highly professional team, we felt very confident at all times during the lengthy process and we can’t recommend and thank Knights highly enough and will soon be returning for further services.

Our family used BL for a complicated piece of work involving multiple trusts. The piece of work I have been asked to review is based on a loan agreement that didn’t go ahead through no fault of BL. This was an exceptionally difficult case with an issue that is seen in conveyancing rarely. It was hampered somewhat by a number of staff changes during the transaction ( through no fault of the firm), but brought to a satisfactory conclusion by Devika .
