I used this firm because they were recommended by our estate agents, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t great. Communication was sometimes slow, and I found myself having to chase for updates more than expected. There were multiple spelling mistakes on my contract and no apology for the errors, which didn’t inspire confidence. They did get the job done in the end, but I wouldn’t choose to use them again. Some positives, but overall a frustrating experience.

Very helpful and efficient conveyancing service when selling my mother’s bungalow and time was of the essence. Simultaneously exchanged and completed to avoid any problems. Found them to be very aproachable and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kitson Boyce and will certainly use them when we come to selling our own property
