Poole Alcock was our original solicitor in 1988/89 to assist with emigration. When I then required representation 3 decades later I did not hesitate to return to them. Sarah- Jane Dunhill has been a wonderful in supporting me and offering the best guidance. Thanks to late night calls and the internet Sarah Jane and 2 of her P.A,s. have steered me through a very difficult episode. They have been excellent in their professional knowledge but also in the empathic way they have given advice both written and spoken to me and my family. I would give this firm the highest recommendation possible.

We discovered that a completely unrelated firm was attempting to profit by linking themselves to our company name and our reputation and immediately sought help. Half way through a Friday afternoon, we were not expecting to hear back - but we did. Our email was responded to and within a short time we had a solicitor ( Daniel Fletcher) on the phone, with a clear plan for how we could proceed. This was followed up on Monday and by Tuesday a forceful letter had been dispatched. By Friday we received assurances that the other company would withdraw every reference to the offending material and this was acted on promptly. All sorted inside a week. I cannot recommend Forbes too highly.

After much research into firms who dealt with SRA regulatory matters, Richard Nelson LLP offered the most advice and reassurance from the off. Following a lengthy initial consultation with Steve Roberts free of charge, I felt under no obligation to instruct but Steve was happy to offer initial advice. It was an easy decision to instruct Steve and after 10 years of attempting to deal with the SRA myself, thanks to Steve and Shannon I am now succesfully on the path to admission to the roll. Shannon Keenan who assisted on my case was thorough and extremely helpful throughout. Combined Steven and Shannon offer a way for solicitors and legal professionals the clear and precise route that needs to be taken.
