⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I instructed Andy to help put proper governance arrangements in place for a long-established family land-holding company. The work involved preparing a Shareholders' Agreement and advising on a number of complex issues around share transfers, succession, minority protection and company governance. Throughout the process, Andy was knowledgeable, responsive and patient in answering what was, at times, a long list of questions. He took the time to explain the legal principles behind the drafting, challenged historic practices where necessary, and helped us reach a practical solution that protects both the company and its shareholders. Rebecca managed my interests in a share sale / restructuring transaction to facilitate my partial exit from a limited company. James and his team were very good and got my flat purchase done pretty quickly, only complaint really is as some of my deposit was a gift they wanted the gifters life story as well as a fee to process this, despite this already all being approved by my mortage provider.
